An empathic and optimistic leader, Lorraine is passionate about wellbeing and health. Within her role working for the advertising and media industry’s charity NABS, she leads on the strategic development of their essential services including the NABS Advice Line, 1:1 executive coaching (recently launched in Manchester), and Working Parents & Resilience Programmes, making a difference to thousands of people’s lives each year.
NABS recently launched their SHEPARD Model for Wellbeing, featuring the seven elements that make up good wellbeing: Satisfaction, Health, Emotions, Perceptions, Awareness, Rewards and Diversity. They will be launching a series of services in 2018 designed to support industry well-being.
Prior to joining NABS, Lorraine worked as an actress and consequently has an intrinsic interest in people and psychology.
In her spare time, Lorraine is a member of Bloom (2016/17 VP) – a not-for-profit organisation supporting women in the marketing communications industry to reach their full potential alongside raising funds for Women’s Aid.
Lorraine is married to Henry and lives in London with their labradoodle, Luna.
